Welcome to Tenant Managed Homes LHO’s Website!
I hope you find our new website useful and informative. We developed this website to provide an enhanced communication tool for tenants and residents in our area.
Although TMH is a fairly new organisation (we are in our 6th year of operation), our aim is to build on our past achievements and to continuously improve the housing service we provide.
Our investment programme is gathering pace now and I am sure that anyone coming into Drumchapel can see the marked difference in the TMH housing stock.
The current key priorites for TMH are:-
Improving the living conditions and opportunities for all tenants Tackling environmental issues
Reducing arrears
Delivering on our commitment to tenant participation and control
It is our firm belief that every tenant and resident has the right to live in peace and safety in their own home without fear of harassment or intimidation and to this end, TMH will continue to be involved in a number of innovative projects aimed at tackling youth disorder, vandalism and anti-social behaviour.
Our website will be updated regularly to ensure we communicate effectively with you. We will also continue to communicate directly with our customers via newsletters, Glasgow West News, resident’s meetings and open days.
We would welcome any comments, positive or negative and we are happy to consider any suggestions you may have on ways of improving the service we provide.
